Sharon has worked on a wide range of behaviour change campaigns in the public, private and charity sectors that have made a real difference. She fundamentally believe in the power of creativity to positively impact society and culture and have led multimedia teams to develop campaigns that have tackled thorny societal issues on behalf of her clients e.g., gender biases, knife crime, child exploitation, physical & mental health inequalities and environmental challenges. Career Highlight: Having worked with Sport England over the last 10 years, This Girl Can has fundamentally changed how brands portray women in advertising. With over 60 major awards including the inaugural Glass Lion and the UN's Grand Prix for Good, and reducing the exercise gender gap to its narrowest ever, the campaign also delivered millions of pounds to the economy - doing good does pay!
