At Mind, Richard established the first New Corporate Partnerships team which have had huge successes over the last five years developing major new strategic and brand partnerships including; Allianz, Co-op Group, Dunelm, Deloitte, Direct Line Group, English Football League, Kleenex and McVitie's. Prior to Mind, he led the development of many new strategic corporate partnerships for Diabetes UK with leading pharmaceuticals such as Novo Nordisk and Janssen-Cilag (J&J). At Alzheimer's Society he led the bids for new corporate partnerships with; Santander, Nestlé to name a few. Before joining the third sector, Richard had a career in the commercial marketing sector with management roles in television and promotional marcomms agencies.
