Nafissa Norris is Head of Membership & Engagement at the Conscious Advertising Network (CAN), where she builds bridges across 200+ brands, agencies, civil society groups, and policymakers to challenge outdated norms, champion transparency, and reduce waste... because effective advertising works best when designed with everyone in mind. Alongside CAN, Nafissa serves as Inclusion, Support & Social Group Manager at Bloom UK, leading 11 inclusion and social groups and supporting 35 volunteer group leads across the network. She also mentors and advocates through MEFA, ImNotOK, Pregnant Then Screwed, and as Vice Chair of Horley Infants School governing body. Her work has been recognised with Bloom UK's Inclusion Group Leader of the Year 2025 award and selection for The Media Leader's Future100 Class of 2025. A lifelong film lover, avid traveller, biscuit enthusiast, and proud mama, Nafissa leads inclusively through an intersectional lens, believing that belonging is created when people can safely show up as their full selves, with every part of their identity seen and celebrated.
