Lucy Mantella

Lucy leads CAF's largest corporate client partnerships, ensuring their programmes are ambitious, strategic and deliver meaningful impact. She heads up the Corporate Client team‚ group of specialist advisers and executives‚ and is recognised for her expertise in Corporate Giving. In addition to her client leadership, Lucy oversees CAF's annual research programme on Corporate Giving, analysing trends across the FTSE 100 and wider business community. With over 14 years' experience in Responsible Business, she has shaped some of CAF's most significant and complex giving initiatives, including the management of dormant asset funds and executive giving programmes. Before joining CAF, Lucy spent seven years as a Public Policy consultant at BOP Consulting, advising on culture and social impact.
