Kiran is the Co-Founder and CEO of GirlDreamer, a non-profit organisation supporting the personal and professional development of young women of colour to tackle social inequality and pursue their dreams. GirlDreamer has created award-winning initiatives and became Creative England's "top 50 most creative, innovative and disruptive companies in England." She has recently been named a European Leader for the Obama Foundation and also serves as Chair of the Board at Home Girls Unite, an organisation supporting eldest daughters from immigrant families.
