We Are Futures
We Are Futures has one main 'Purpose'… To ensure the next generation fulfil their purpose. We now reach an incredible 10 million young people in the UK. And we're certainly not stopping there. We've worked with Sky Arts to get students' creative juices flowing with the largest ever school arts sponsorship initiative, giving every child and teacher the opportunity to experience, enjoy and thrive through art. We worked with Hyundai to help 25,000 students open the doors after lockdown with The Great British School Trip. Two-thirds of teachers were less likely to book an experiential school trip, so we brought back those 'wow' moments! Our new employability initiative with NatWest is directly helping the young unemployed find their first jobs. An incredible 1000,000 teachers are now members of our National School Partnership network, which means they have the support to give their students the career confidence they deserve. Our people are our Future, with a staff retention rate of 87% and 50% of entry-level employees now from underrepresented ethnic groups. We celebrated our eighteenth anniversary with our most successful year yet, growing 102% and with 100% client retention. So, to win Agency of the Year at the UK Sponsorship Awards and Gold at the Global Good Awards was the icing on the cake. We absolutely love what we do. But, most importantly, we love what we're doing for young people and their 'Futures'.
