Ed co-leads Shape history, bringing over a decade of experience in creative and strategic consultancy. His sweetspot is working with brands, NGOs and institutions to set the vision for impact, and building a roadmap that blends creativity and culture with strategic insight and nextgen media. He also heads up the agency's Special Projects Division, which incubates global ideas that can shift the dial on everything from the climate crisis to public health. His background in international development fundraising and communications. working across East and West Africa, as well as South Asia has instilled a drive to bring an equitable lens to all our communications work. Having sat on the boards of various charities, he has a deep understanding of the NGO sector from within, and has more recently been bringing this understanding of cultural issues to consumer brands, building strategies that resonate with authenticity without compromising on creativity or commerciality.
